These are dense bodies located close to the nucleus, which can be selected in the form of rods or granules by light microscopy (ferrous hematoxylene staining) or phase contrast microscopy.
Sometimes it has settled in a depression in the core. Often the face of the centriol that does not face the nucleus is surrounded by the Golgi complex.
The cytoplasm section where centriol is located has a more homogeneous, dense and very gelatinous structure than other places.
This specialized section of the cytoplasm carrying centriol is called the centrosome. Centrioles are usually found in pairs, and two such centrioles are called diplozomes. The centrioles that make up the diplozome are perpendicular to each other.
In electron microscopy, one end is selected in the form of a closed hollow short cylinder with an open other end dense matter (0.5 long, 0.15 diameter).
The inside of the cylinder is filled with a dense amorphous substance.
9 small tubular structures parallel to each other form the wall of the cylinder. Each tubule consists of 3 small microtubules, named by the letters A, B and C, attached to each other.
The one closest to the center of the centriol is the microtubulus A.
Microtubules are found in places in clusters of condensed matter connected by filamentous structures. These structures are called pericentrioler or centrofer.
(centrosome= centrofer + centriol).
Along with Golgi, the centrosoma is also called the cell center.
Her tübül, birbirine eklenmiş A, B ve C harfleriyle adlandırılan 3 küçük mikrotübülden oluşur.
Centriolün merkezine en yakın olan mikrotübül A'dır.
Mikrotübüller, ipliksi yapılar ile birbirine bağlanmış yoğunlaştırılmış madde kümeleri içinde yer yer bulunur. Bu yapılara pericentrioler veya centrofer denir.
(sentrozom = sentrofer + sentriol).
